DocuSign, a company providing solutions for on-demand electronic signature, last week announced the release of Version 10.1 SaaS, latest release of company’s e-signature service.
The DocuSign Version 10.1 provides new features and functionality for supporting workflow and productivity which includes form field automations and enhancements to the workflow for simplifying user experience. The release of ESIGNControl, an application specifically designed for Apple iPhone users, further extends the feature set of application which is designed by Smart Mobile Solutions.

- Conversion of Adobe PDF Form Fields automatically :: When you upload Adobe PDF forms into the DocuSign system, the PDF form fields including textbox, dropdowns, radiobuttons and checkboxes are automatically recognized and converted into secure DocuSign fields which can then be assigned to specific recipients. Manipulation of these fields can be done without any other software requirement.
- New Enhancements to DocuSign for Salesforce :: All the functionality of DocuSign can now be accessed from Salesforce only. Users of Saleforce can send any document for signature to DocuSign easily, just like sending any other email. The sales process is dramatically streamlined with new capabilities eliminating rekeying of information.
- ESIGNControl for the Apple iPhone :: This allows DocuSign clients to use their Apple iPhone for accessing, sending, signing and managing electronic documents. With this, Managers can track their sales through robust reporting functionality. One can download the ESIGNControl from iTunes and other websites.
